Field Service Technician

Serves customers by installing and servicing systems and products.

- This position is responsible for
- Service existing customers, read and understand service work orders, troubleshooting, testing to identify problem and repair.
- Plan daily travel, organizing parts and components. Daily time tracking.
- Document installation, service and repairs.
- Communication with customers on repairs and preventive repairs
- Update knowledge based on latest industry products and procedures
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Working knowledge of : electronic troubleshooting, mechanical system troubleshooting. Light welding experience. Strong customer service skills, sound judgement. Report making skills.
Quality workmanship.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, in English and Spanish.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a valid Texas Driver’s License, pass drug screen, & possess a clear police and background history.
2 Years minimum experience in general construction.
